AlgoDyne Launches Development of North American E-Commerce.


LAS VEGAS -- AlgoDyne Ethanol Energy Inc. ("AlgoDyne" or the "Company") (OTCBB:ADYN) is pleased to announce that it has completed a contract with Melcher Media & Design (www.melcher.ca) to develop, host and launch the retail e-commerce site for AlgoDyne on the 30th of July 2007.

"This announcement paves the way for AlgoDyne to deliver its products and services across North America," says Prof. Franke, CTO. "With the agreements in place that were announced previously, our consumers will have the functionality of direct fulfillment from the distributor or manufacturer. This means faster turn around times, no middleman charges for our consumer and reduced risk and overhead for the Company." He adds, "It's a win win scenario for all of us."

Melcher Media & Design has an expertise in building and developing e-commerce environments and web sites as well as 3d animation. "We anticipate our future needs to include videos and animation 'do-it-yourself' instruction videos to be developed by this company in order to meet the dynamic needs of an intelligent and computer savvy consumer base," says Franke

Melcher Media has committed to delivering a viewable static site on or before the 15th of July to beta test its response with potential clients. As the project progresses updates will be provided.
