AlgoDyne Announces Intention to Launch its "Green Power Racing" Concept with German X-raid BMW X3 Racing Team.

LAS VEGAS -- AlgoDyne Ethanol Energy Inc. ("AlgoDyne" or the "Company") (OTCBB:ADYN) is pleased to announce that it has entered into negotiations with X-Raid GmbH Motorsport ("X-Raid") to launch the first phase of its awareness campaign by sponsoring X-Raid's BMW racing team through its newly created campaign called "Green Power Racing."

When the agreement is completed, this will represent the first stage of its global awareness campaign focused on introducing the AlgoDyne name and logo in preparation for the market launch of the company and its future products and services. The official reveal will occur during the 2007 IAA event in Frankfurt where the team will unveil its logo'd driver suits, logo'd BMW X3 racing cars and transport trucks.

The AlgoDyne brand will be displayed on three BMW X3CC vehicles and team suits and the Company will consult and assist the racing team with its racing fuel requirements.

"We wanted to launch our brand by connecting our Company with an exciting sport that we believe, over time, will persuade consumers that they can get as much performance from automobiles burning biodiesel as from running on gasoline and diesel," says Prof. Hans-Jurgen Franke, the Company's new CTO. "By working with a skilled racing team and BMW vehicles, we will be able to work together to formulate future fuel products that provide optimum performance," Franke adds.

The Green Power Racing X-Raid team will participate in a number of events such as the Dakar Rally and the UAE Desert Challenge. With a viewing audience in the millions and the use of alternative fuels in a high performance vehicle, AlgoDyne is excited about the potential success that will be achieved as a result of its initial efforts in marketing its concept and company.
