Alfa Corporation (Nasdaq/NM:ALFA) today announced that it will provide an online Web simulcast of its second quarter earnings conference call on Friday, July 26, 2002. The Company will release its results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2002, that morning before the market opens.

The live broadcast of Alfa Corporation's conference call will begin at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time on July 26, 2002. An online replay will be available approximately two hours following the conclusion of the live broadcast and will continue through August 26, 2002.
