 Corporation (Nasdaq/NM:ALFA) today announced that its Board of Directors has voted to increase the regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.11 per share, an increase of 10% percent over the previous quarterly rate. This represents the thirty-second consecutive year in which cash dividends have increased. The quarterly cash dividend is payable June 1, 2006, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2006.
