 Labor Secretary Alexis Herman is the chairperson of The Coca-Cola Co.'s oversight task force. The panel was created to monitor the soft drink giant's compliance with the $192.5 million discrimination lawsuit settlement won by African American African American Multiculture A person having origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa. See Race.  employees last November and to provide independent oversight of the company's future diversity efforts.
