Software License Agreements Present Major Compliance Challenges

        Association, will host a seminar entitled "Successfully
        Defending Software Audits"

        of software piracy.  The Business Software Alliance pays up to
        $250,000 to disgruntled employees making anonymous reports.
        The presentation will cover audits initiated by trade groups
        such as the Business Software Alliance (BSA) and the Software
        & Information Industry Association (SIIA) as well as those
        initiated directly by software publishers such as Microsoft,
        Adobe, and Autodesk.
