Alexandria, Va.-based WorldWide Retail Exchange, an online business-to-business exchange for retailers and their suppliers, has formed a strategic alliance with Torrance, Calif.-based Agribuys, a global e-procurement solution for the food industry. Through this alliance, WWRE WWRE - World Wide Retail Exchange will enhance its current set of product offerings by adding an online marketplace solution for its food industry members. Specifically, its retailers and suppliers will be able to source and procure perishables through Agribuys' dynamic B2B exchange platform.
