Due to the Company's change of business from gold exploration to telecommunication and the subsequent shareholder approval of the name change the Canadian Venture Exchange completed a listing review of the Company which included verification of it's license in South Africa through it's agreement with Focinetworks CC of South Africa. The Exchange requested documentation to confirm the validity of the license and that the agreement was within the policies and regulations of the South African regulators. This documentation included an independent legal opinion and letter from the South African Telecommunications Regulatory Authority The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Bahrain (TRA) was established by Legislative Decree No. 48 promulgating the Telecommunications Law. The TRA is an independent body and its duties and powers include, among other things, protecting the interests of subscribers and users (SATRA) verifying the legal status of the license and the agreement.
