Cohen Albert Diamond Cohen (born 1914) is a Canadian businessman who is the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Gendis Incorporated, a Canadian company which had a 51% stake in Sony of Canada and once owned SAAN (Surplus Army, Airforce, Navy) Stores Limited. , President of Alexander Prospects (1998) Inc. announces the purchase today of 3,349,996 Common shares in the capital stock of Gendis Inc. from Longleaf Partners International Fund. The purchase price was Cdn $7million. Together with the 5,570,061 Common shares already owned by Alexander Prospects, this purchase brings the total number of shares owned by Alexander Prospects in Gendis Inc. to 8,920,057, or 58.24% of the issued and outstanding shares of Gendis Inc.
