NAA member Trammell Crow Residential (TCR) entered a new era in apartment development with the Spring 2002 grand opening of its community, the Alexan Buckhead in Atlanta.

Located at 360 Pharr Road in the heart of Buckhead's vibrant village area, the Alexan represents a departure for TCR in its hometown market. Primarily known for high-end garden-style apartments, the Atlanta-based company is bringing its 25 years of expertise to mid-rise, urban development.
