BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1997--The board of directors of Alex. Brown Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per share Cents per share

This meeting is to consider a proposal to approve and adopt the agreement and plan of merger by and between Alex. Brown Inc., Bankers Trust New York Corp. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Voyager Merger Corp.
