Brown Incorporated today filed an S-3 shelf registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission covering up to $150 million of debt securities. The securities to be offered may include either straight or convertible debt securities. The terms of any securities to be offered will be described in a supplemental prospectus. Alex.
