Joseph Papp (June 22 1921 - October 31 1991) was an American theatrical producer and director. Racial Harmony Award from Rabbi Marc Schneier Rabbi Marc Schneier is the founding rabbi of The Hampton Synagogue in Westhampton Beach, New York and the New York Synagogue in Manhattan. He is also chairman of the World Jewish Congress American Section, president and founder of the Foundation for Ethnic Understanding, and past , (left) president of The Foundation for Ethnic Understanding, and Russell Simmons Russell Simmons (born October 4 ,1957 in Queens, New York), is an American entrepreneur, the co-founder, with Rick Rubin, of the pioneering hip-hop label Def Jam, founder of another label, Russell Simmons Music Group, and creator of the clothing fashion line Phat Farm. , chairman of The Foundation for Ethnic Understanding, at The Foundation for Ethnic Understanding's Fall Benefit on December 5.
