Alex A. Hammett Joins Delos Insurance Group as Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary.

 -- Delos Insurance Group, a leader in program business insurance, has named Alex A. Hammett as Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary. In his new role, Hammett will be responsible for all actuarial functions within Delos Insurance Group. He will report directly to Bill Davis, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Delos Group.

Hammett has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and has held a variety of pricing and reserving roles for all major lines during that time. He most recently served as Senior Vice President with Arch Insurance for six years, where he led the effort to build the Corporate Actuarial Department and the Enterprise Risk Management modeling framework.

Prior to Arch, Hammett worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and CIGNA CIGNA CG (Connecticut General Life Insurance Company) INA (Insurance Company of North America)  in various pricing and reserving actuarial roles.
