He most recently served as Senior Vice President with Arch Insurance for six years, where he led the effort to build the Corporate Actuarial Department and the Enterprise Risk Management modeling framework. Prior to Arch, Hammett worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and CIGNA CIGNA CG (Connecticut General Life Insurance Company) INA (Insurance Company of North America) in various pricing and reserving actuarial roles.
