Alex's great ties..Byline: MIRROR REPORTER ALEX Best Alex Best (born Alex Pursey January 29, 1972) is a former air hostess, model and ex-wife of George Best, who was her senior by 26 years. She married Best in 1995. In 2004 she appeared in I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! and in the same year she won the title of Rear of was tying knots around everyone yesterday at the launch of Aids 2000 Red River Ball. The event in Belfast coincided with the birthday of her late friend and charity founder Colin Angus. To mark the ball, which will take place at the Europa Hotel later this year, Alex tied a red ribbon on to Colin's Tree Of Life.
