HOUSTON & ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Alert Logic, Inc. and Shavlik Technologies, LLC, today announced a partnership and licensing agreement that will enable Alert Logic to add patch management capabilities to Invision Security(TM), its hosted network surveillance and defense solution.

Alert Logic will integrate Shavlik HFNetChkPro(TM), the industry's leading patch management product, with Invision Security which protects internal networks against worm infections and intrusions using a patent-pending threat scenario modeling, ranking, and remediation system.
