The combined company announced the finalization of the IMCO-Commonwealth merger and the Aleris International Inc. name in early December. The company's stock is now trading on the New York Stock Exchange New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)

Aleris expects to employ approximately 100 employees in its suburban-Cleveland headquarters.
