Aleris International Announces Relocation of Headquarters to Cleveland, Ohio.

BEACHWOOD, Ohio -- Aleris International, Inc., (NYSE:ARS), which resulted from the recent merger of IMCO Recycling Inc. and Commonwealth Industries, Inc., announced that it is moving its headquarters to the Cleveland suburb of Beachwood, Ohio. Over the course of the next year, the Company will close its headquarters offices in Irving, Texas and Louisville, Kentucky.

Steven J. Demetriou, chairman and chief executive officer of Aleris said, "We are very enthusiastic about moving our headquarters operations to Northeast Ohio. Aleris expects to employ approximately 100 employees in its Beachwood headquarters location, which will include the North American Aluminum Recycling business offices.
