W. Frank King, Ph.D. - Dr. King has decades of expertise in technology development and integration. During his career spanning over 30 years in the information technology industry, Dr. King spent 19 years with IBM where he was responsible for the development of IBM's relational database technology (SQL) and was subsequently promoted to the role of Vice President of Development for the personal computing division. From 1988 to 1992, Dr. King was the Senior Vice President of Development of Lotus Development Corporation (company) Lotus Development Corporation - A software company who produced Lotus 1-2-3, the Symphony spreadsheet and Lotus Notes for the IBM PC.
