Aleri Announces Creation of Advisory Board.

Board Comprised of Prominent Financial Market and Technology Industry Thought-Leaders

Members of the Aleri Advisory Board are:

* Frank King, a technology industry veteran who led the development of the first relational database technology and SQL while at IBM.

* David Leinweber, a long-time financial technology entrepreneur and expert in real-time technologies.

* Henry D. Mlynarski, currently with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a former strategy and technology executive with organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Citicorp, Instinet, BrokerTec, the Chicago Board of Trade, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

* Joe Rosen, former Managing Director, Trading Technology/Head of Technology Marketing at the New York Stock Exchange, and Author/Editor of six books on capital markets technology.

* Avi Silberschatz, Chair of the Computer Science Department at Yale University.

* Wayne Wagner, Co-founder of Plexus Group and Wilshire Associates and author of The Complete Guide to Securities Transactions: Improving Performance and Reducing Costs.

In building the Advisory Group, Aleri sought out senior leaders and trailblazers within the financial and technology industries. Each member has achieved remarkable success in their individual areas of endeavor. The Advisory Board is chaired by Aleri's Chairman, Frank King, and will meet regularly to advise the company on strategic direction.

Aleri's Advisory Board member biographies:

W. Frank King, Ph.D. - Dr. King has decades of expertise in technology development and integration. During his career spanning over 30 years in the information technology industry, Dr. King spent 19 years with IBM where he was responsible for the development of IBM's relational database technology (SQL) and was subsequently promoted to the role of Vice President of Development for the personal computing division. From 1988 to 1992, Dr. King was the Senior Vice President of Development of Lotus Development Corporation, an IBM company. In 1992, Dr. King joined PSW Technologies as Chief Executive Officer, led the company through a successful IPO and retired in 1998 to be a private investor. Dr. King received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Princeton University, his Master's Degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University, and his Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida.

David Leinweber, Ph.D. - Dr. Leinweber's professional interests focus on how modern information technologies are best applied in trading and investing. As the founder of two financial technology companies, and a quantitative investment manager, he is an active participant in today's transformation of markets. He is currently the Principal at Leinweber & Co., a consulting and software development firm, where he works with some of the world's largest investment managers and hedge funds. Prior to that, he directed research on real-time applications of artificial intelligence at the RAND Corporation which led to the founding of Integrated Analytics Corporation (IAC). Additionally, his long list of credentials includes: managing director at First Quadrant where he was responsible for institutional quantitative global equity portfolios totaling $6 billion, and visiting faculty member at Caltech where he worked on practical application ideas at the juncture of technology and finance.

Henry D. (Hank) Mlynarski - Mr. Mlynarski is an accomplished and respected executive and consultant in the Global Financial Markets. He has over 25 years of experience providing strategy, eCommerce, business development, technology implementation, risk and regulatory and intellectual property expertise to commercial and investment banks, broker/dealers, exchanges and clearing houses, hedge funds, investment management companies, and e-commerce entities. Mr. Mlynarski has held senior capital markets roles in sales and trading management, technology, strategy, operations, and risk management with leading firms such as Goldman Sachs, Citicorp, Instinet, BrokerTec, the Chicago Board of Trade, Household International, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. His fields of specialization include Securities, Commodities, Options, Foreign Exchange, Futures, OTC Derivative Products, Trading Risk Management, Operations, and Market Analytics. Mr. Mlynarski holds a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University and a M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Joe Rosen - Mr. Rosen is an electronic trading industry veteran with more than 20 years experience as an exchange executive, adviser, CIO & Quant, author, lecturer, as well as developer and marketer of electronic trading systems. He was most recently Managing Director, Trading Technology/Head of Technology Marketing at the New York Stock Exchange, where he developed and executed an Exchange-wide initiative to promote NYSE's trading/technology products, including a successful marketing campaign for the Hybrid Market initiative targeted at major sources of order flow and connectivity. Previously, he was a partner for ten years at a financial technology consultancy, where he served as a strategic IT advisor, and built/deployed bespoke trading systems for a broad cross-section of international financial institutions, including global money managers, securities firms and market centers. Prior to this he was the founding Chief Information Officer & Director of Quantitative Research for Dubin & Swieca Capital Management and Highbridge Capital and a senior IT manager at Nomura Securities. Mr. Rosen has lectured globally and has been widely published, including six books - among them The Handbook of Investment Technology [McGraw-Hill]. In addition, Mr. Rosen serves as Adjunct Professor of Management at Polytechnic University, where he teaches a graduate course on 'Management of Technology and Innovation in Financial Services'. He earned his M.B.A. in Finance, Marketing and International Business from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Avi Silberschatz, Ph.D. - Professor Silberschatz is the Sidney J. Weinberg Professor of Computer Science and the Chair of the Computer Science Department at Yale University. Prior to joining Yale, he was the Vice President of the Information Sciences Research Center at Bell Laboratories, Murray Hill, New Jersey. Previously, he held a chaired professorship in the Department of Computer Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin. His research interests include database systems, operating systems, network systems, bioscience databases, storage systems, and distributed systems. Professor Silberschatz is an ACM Fellow and an IEEE Fellow. He received the 2002 IEEE Taylor L. Booth Education Award, the 1998 ACM Karl V. Karlstrom Outstanding Educator Award, the 1997 ACM SIGMOD Contribution Award, and the IEEE Computer Society Outstanding Paper award for the article "Capability Manager", which appeared in the IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering. In recognition of his outstanding level of innovation and technical excellence, Professor Silberschatz was awarded the Bell Laboratories President's Award, 1998 (QTM Project), 1999 (DataBlitz Project), and 2004 (NetInventory Project).

Wayne Wagner - Mr. Wagner is Principal of OM/NI, a consulting firm that focuses on issues relating to securities trading and exchange. Over the past twenty years he has been a driving force and founding partner of several companies. In 1986 he co-founded Plexus Group, a Los Angeles based firm that provides trading evaluation and advisory services to money managers, brokerage firms and pension plan sponsors. He was also a founding partner of Wilshire Associates where he participated in the design of the first index funds at Wells Fargo Bank. A frequent writer and speaker on many trading and investment subjects, Mr. Wagner has won two Graham and Dodd Awards from Financial Analysts Journal for excellence in financial writing.
