Alenia North America Appoints Greg Bradford as Senior Vice President for Strategy & Communications; Stefanie Starkey Joins Alenia North America as Director of Legislative & Government Affairs.

WASHINGTON -- Alenia North America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alenia Aeronautica, the Italian industrial leader in aeronautics and part of the Finmeccanica group of companies, announced today the appointments of two new members of its senior management team.

As the Senior Vice President for Strategy and Communications, Mr. Bradford is responsible for formulating communications and public relations strategies for the company. Mr. Bradford will oversee the business development, government relations and marketing and communications activities of the company.

Greg Bradford has held numerous senior level positions within the international aerospace and defense industry with particular expertise in the management, communications and government relations sectors. Prior to joining industry, he had served in the State Department and the U.S. Air Force. Greg retired from the Air Force in 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame. He also earned a Master of Arts degree in National Security Affairs and Area Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School.

As the Director of Legislative and Government Affairs, Ms. Starkey is responsible for representing the interests of Alenia North America in the U.S. Congress and Administration. Stefanie has over 10 years of experience in the government relations and defense industry including media communications, marketing, legislative advocacy and grassroots outreach. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Old Dominion University.
