) today announced the addition of Lloyd I. Miller, III to the board of directors.

Miller, 47, is an independent investor and has served on numerous corporate boards including Vulcan International and American Controlled Industries, among others, and currently serves as a director of Advantica Restaurant Group, Spartanburg, S.C.
