Alcon Announces Third Quarter 2009 Financial Release and Conference Call Dates.

) will report on its third quarter financial results for the period ended September 30, 2009 after the market close on Tuesday, October 27, 2009.

Management of the company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Wednesday, October 28, 2009, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Presenting from Alcon will be Kevin Buehler, president and chief executive officer, and Richard Croarkin, senior vice president finance and chief financial officer.
