ALCOHOL advice will be handed out at schools and supermarkets on Anglesey as part of a campaign to cut drinking. The Ynys Mn Community Safety Partnership is supporting the Government's Know Your Limits campaign. Numerous events aimed at raising awareness will also be held across Anglesey during the week from October 19. These will include visits by the Red Cross Youth The Red Cross Youth is a youth organisation for adolescents and young members interested in the organization. Singapore In Singapore the Red Cross Youth is targeted at secondary school students, with a membership of 196 teacher officers and 5266 cadets as of 31 March Outreach Bus to secondary schools and supermarkets to offer information and advice, together with alcohol workshops for both the young and elderly. Anglesey's Alcohol Youth Outreach officer Sin Cadwaladr said: "We're behind the Know Your Limits campaign because alcohol is one of the leading causes of health problems. "It's so easy to get into a routine of regular drinking which is above the lower-risk guidelines guidelines, n.pl a set of standards, criteria, or specifications to be used or followed in the performance of certain tasks. ." |
