Alcoa Wheel Products Unveils Mobile Marketing Campaign.

New Trailer Graphics Showcase Alcoa Dura-Bright[R] Wheels

CLEVELAND -- Alcoa Wheel Products announces a new mobile marketing campaign with the unveiling of 10 tractor trailersCoeach featuring trailer graphics that showcase Alcoa's popular Dura-Bright[R] wheels.

The trailers, which feature the message, "When it rains, they shine", will travel nationally, delivering materials as usual for Alcoa's Howmet division, but also serving as a traveling advertisement for Alcoa Wheel Products. In addition to the graphics, the tractor trailers are equipped with the Dura-Bright[R] wheels they are promoting.

"Trailer graphics are a great way to communicate to our consumers," said Curtis Samford, global vice president, marketing, Alcoa Wheel Products. "These individuals spend the majority of their time on the road and, therefore, this is an effective media outlet. Not only can consumers view the product information, but they also get to see the product itself in action."

In August 2006, Alcoa introduced its new Dura-Bright[R] wheels with XBR XBR X-Band Radar

New Dura-Bright[R] wheels with XBR[TM] technology feature the same patented treatment consumers have grown to appreciate with Dura-Bright[R] wheels. They continue to resist corrosion and eliminate the need for polishing wheels a wheel or disk coated with, or composed of, abrading material, for polishing a surface.
