:AA) announced today that it is the first Metals and Mining company to achieve a top rating of 100 in the 2010 Corporate Equality Index The Corporate Equality Index is a report published by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation as a tool to rate American businesses on their treatment of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees, consumers and investors. It has been published annually since 2002.  and Best Places to Work Survey for its efforts in recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce.

The index rates 590 businesses on a scale from 0 to 100 based on several criterion, including diversity training, transgender transgender or transgendered
