Alcoa Recognized for Global Vision and Stewardship.


PITTSBURGH -- Alcoa announced today that it is the recipient of the 2006 International Bridge Award for Commerce from The Pittsburgh Council for International Visitors Wikipedia is not the place for advertisement or self-advertising.

Pittsburgh Council for International Visitors (PCIV) is a non-profit community-based organization based in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania region that is part of a national network under the umbrella of

) for its global vision and global stewardship. Alcoa was honored during a reception held in Pittsburgh earlier this week. The International Bridge Award represents a collaboration between the Allegheny Conference on Community Development and PCIV with goals to advance regional awareness of Pittsburgh's international leadership in Commerce, Culture and Community.
