Alcoa Lingotes Castings. (Around the World).
SPAIN--Alcoa Lingotes Castings (Alcoa, Inc.) will construct a new plant in Medina del Campo Medina del Campo (māthē`nä thĕl käm`pō), town (1990 pop. 19,965), Valladolid prov., central Spain, in Castile-León. It is a communications center and agricultural market with food-processing industries. The town was almost completely destroyed by fire in the 16th cent. Spain, which will manufacture aluminum automotive castings. The company will invest 48 million euros in the plant, which will create 200 jobs.
