Alcoa Invests 64 Million Euros in Environment and Technology in Spanish Smelters.GENEVA -- Alcoa (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :AA) announced today that it will invest 64 million euros in technology and environmental improvements for three of its smelters in northern Spain.
