Alcoa Acquires U.K.-Based Baco Consumer Products, Ltd.

:AA) announced today that it has acquired privately held Baco Consumer Products, Ltd., headquartered near London. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Baco will become part of Alcoa's Consumer Products business unit located in Richmond, Virginia Richmond IPA: [ɹɯʒmɐnɖ] is the capital of the Commonwealth of Virginia, in the United States. .
