Alchemy unveils its latest project.

On March 28, more than 400 brokers were treated to a sneak peek of Alchemy Properties' latest project, 120 Gramercy Hill, located at 120 E. 29th St. The developer renovated and restored five contiguous brownstones that date back to the late 1880s. While previewing the building and its luxurious new model residence, brokers enjoyed sandwiches from Wichcraft, various old-time sodas from Boylan's Bottleworks and mingling with turn-of-the-century "actors."

When completed in December 2004, 120 Gramercy Hill will contain 25 one-to-four bedroom luxury condominiums, priced from $675,000 to $2.4 million sand ranging in size from 1,002 s/f to 2,659 s/f. In addition, six ground-floor duplexes will boast private gardens, and 11 residences will offer either a private terrace or a balcony.
