Alberti Publishing introduces music history teaching aid.

Alberti Publishing, a new music publishing company has developed The Right Notes, a teaching aid that teaches music history with stories, detailed music timelines and full-color illustrations.

Pianists and clinicians Claire Wachter and Dean Kramer are consulting editors. Both Wachter and Kramer are piano professors at the University of Oregon. Wachter was a former music critic for the Eugene Register-Guard and has also had articles published in Piano Quarterly, Piano and Keyboard, Keyboard Companion and Piano Life magazines. Kramer has studied with Vladimir Horowitz and John Perry, and was coached by Artur Rubinstein, Gina Bachauer, Leon Fleisher and Eugene List.

In addition to The Right Notes, Alberti also offers a website, albertipublishing.com, and blog page that touches on the more intriguing aspects of the piano world.
