Alberta Surface Systems Enters License Agreement with Applied Concrete Technology.

: ABS) -- Alberta Surface Systems Ltd., is pleased to announce that it has entered into a License Agreement with Applied Concrete Technology, Inc. of Arlington Heights, Illinois Arlington Heights is an affluent village in Cook County, Illinois and a northwestern suburb of Chicago. It is located about 25 miles northwest of downtown Chicago. A 2003 Census recount gave the village a population of 76,422, the largest for a village in the United States .

The license agreement grants Alberta Surface Systems Ltd. the rights to distribute, market and apply the complete line of PROTECRETE products in Canada.

Alberta Surface Systems Ltd. has also purchased the exclusive PROTECRETE name and Trademark for Canada.

The PROTECRETE products line includes 10 unique specialty products for the treatment and protection of concrete and wood surfaces. Use of the PROTECRETE products will enhance and improve virtually any concrete structure and will be of special interest to the Company's existing municipal, industrial and commercial clients. The key component of the PROTECRETE products line consists of a concrete densifier which is available both as a mix water conditioner for new concrete construction or as a surface applied spray-on material for existing concrete.
