) Monday announced that Albert T. Bodamer has been appointed senior vice president of Ameritel Communications Inc., the company's newest wholly-owned subsidiary, launched last November.

Ameritel is a non-facilities-based wireless service provider currently serving consumers through mass retail channels selling cellular telephones in 14 major U.S. markets. Bodamer, a 10-year veteran of the cellular telephone and pager industry, will be responsible for all operational aspects of Ameritel and will be located at its Norcross headquarters. He has had extensive experience launching reselling services and negotiating with carriers.

Hahn said that Bodamer "brings to our executive team in-depth experience and measurable success in overall cellular industry management, sales, operations and finance.
