Albert D. Phelps, Inc., the leasing agent for the property owner, Merritt 7 Venture, L.L.C., announced the following transactions were completed at Merritt 7 Corporate Park in Norwalk:

* CF Global Trading, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

LLC - Logical Link Control
 signed a lease for 2,000 s/f at 101 Merritt 7 for a five-year term;

* Verizon Wireless Cellco Partnership, doing business as Verizon Wireless, owns and operates the second largest wireless telecommunications network in the United States, based on total wireless customers.  signed a five-year lease for 2,400 s/f at 101 Merritt 7;

* HOC Metals renewed its lease for 1,000 s/f at 101 Merritt 7;

* Mutual Security Federal Credit Union extended its lease for 590 s/f at 301 Merritt 7;

* Niederhoffer Management L.L.C. renewed a lease for 2,142 s/f at 101 Merritt 7 for a five-year term;

* Chiropractic chiropractic (kīrəprăk`tĭk) [Gr.,=doing by hand], medical practice based on the theory that all disease results from a disruption of the functions of the nerves.  and Wellness Center of Norwalk signed a three-year lease for 600 s/f at 301 Merritt 7;

* The Hertz hertz (hûrts) [for Heinrich R. Hertz], abbr. Hz, unit of frequency, equal to 1 cycle per second. The term is combined with metric prefixes to denote multiple units such as the kilohertz (1,000 Hz), megahertz (1,000,000 Hz), and gigahertz  Corporation renewed a lease for 1,400 s/f at 301 Merritt 7 for a five-year term;

* Connecticut Connecticut, state, United States
Connecticut (kənĕt`ĭkət), southernmost of the New England states of the NE United States. It is bordered by Massachusetts (N), Rhode Island (E), Long Island Sound (S), and New York (W).
 Education Associates leased 1,650 s/f at 101 Merritt 7 for a seven-year term.
