Albemarle to buy Rhodia's phosphorus FR agents.Albemarle Corp. in Richmond, Va., and Rhodia SA in Paris, France, have reached an agreement for Albemarie to acquire Rhodia's global Antiblaze organophosphorus or·gan·o·phos·pho·rus n.
