Albany Molecular Research, Inc. Announces Resignation of David P. Waldek.

ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany Molecular Research, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMRI) announced today that Chief Financial Officer David P. Waldek will be leaving the company later in the year.

Mr. Waldek will become a partner in a new business venture providing CFO and consulting services to growing companies. He has agreed to remain with AMRI until a replacement is hired. The company has initiated a formal search for a new chief financial officer.
