Albany Molecular Research, Inc. Adds Three Key Hires to Management Team.


ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany Molecular Research, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMRI) today announced the addition of three new members to its management team.

Michael P. Williams has been named director of contracts, licensing and legal affairs. He will be responsible for coordinating the company's overall legal activities and supporting business development initiatives, including customer contracts and licensing activities. Prior to joining AMRI, he was a partner at the law firm of Hiscock & Barclay. He also served as senior counsel at Bond Schoeneck & King, and as an associate at Wall Marjama & Bilinski. Earlier in his career, he was a sales representative for the specialty chemical division of Pfizer Inc. Mike holds a B.A. in biochemistry from Lehigh University and a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.

Mary M. Cullinan has been named manager of financial planning and analysis. She will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and financial modeling. Mary brings over twenty years of experience with General Electric Company, where she worked at a senior level across multiple businesses in finance, strategic planning, six sigma and global product management. Most recently, she was the senior financial analyst at GE's Silicone Products Division in Waterford, New York. Mary earned a B.S. in mathematics/economics with honors from Union College and an MBA in finance from Northeastern University.

P. Curtis Schenck has joined the company as manager of investor relations. He will represent AMRI with securities analysts as well as institutional and retail investors. Curtis brings over 15 years of experience working with the investment community. Most recently, he was vice president of the Capital Markets Board, an investor relations company based in New York City. Prior to that, he was managing director of international business at Morrow & Company, and spent nine years at G.A. Kraut Company in Tokyo, where he promoted blue chip American and European clients to equity investors in Japan and the Pacific Rim. He has held positions at S.G. Warburg Securities and Georgeson and Company, Inc. Curtis earned a B.A. from Lafayette College.

Albany Molecular Research, Inc. is a chemistry-based drug discovery, development and manufacturing company. The company provides contract chemistry services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and conducts its own proprietary R&D.
