), one of the world's leading producers of seamless apparel and a manufacturer of specialty medical products, Tuesday announced that it is currently engaged in discussions with an interested party concerning the possible acquisition of the company by such party.

No definitive agreement has been reached, and there can be no assurance that these discussions will result in a transaction. The company expects to make no further comments until such time as a definitive agreement is reached or discussions are terminated.
