The MarCom Creative Awards is an international awards competition designed to "honor excellence and recognize the hard work of marketing and communication professionals." The prestigious awards were recently announced by MarCom, a Texas-based firm. More than 4,600 entries from throughout the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  and several foreign countries were part of the 2005 competition.

ACS led its success with its television ads, earning Platinum for its 30-second spot entitled "Twins." That ad featured twin brothers who live and work on the Kenai River The Kenai River is a river in the Kenai Peninsula of south central Alaska. It runs 132 km (82 miles) westward from Kenai Lake in the Kenai Mountains to its outlet into the Cook Inlet of the Pacific Ocean near Kenai, Alaska. . They rely on ACS services to run their fishing guide/bed and breakfast business efficiently and cost effectively.  Pelletier speaking about our enhanced network capabilities and the other for ACS' ON ACS campaign that highlights bundled telecommunications services. The third Gold award went to the comprehensive ON ACS ad campaign that included television, print and radio.
