The two most significant performance metrics of customer experience were measured-dropped calls and blocked calls. Quantitative results reveal the ACS network experienced 1/4th the dropped calls of Cell One/GCI during the test. The Cell One/GCI network experienced a blocked call rate of 3 percent while the ACS network experienced no blocked calls. Testing was completed on the most traveled roads of the North Slope over a two-day period in May 2007.
