Alaska Communications Systems, (or ACS) is a telecommunications corporation, headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska.

Mr. Sitkin will also serve as a member of the Company's Audit Committee.

Mr. Sitkin is a Certified Management Consultant Certified Management Consultant (CMC) is an international professional certification for Management consulting professionals, awarded by institutes in 44 countries (as of December 2006).  and is a graduate from Lafayette College and the University of Washington.
