Alaska Airlines and El Dorado Hotel Offer Free Reno Show.

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 12, 2002

Alaska Airlines and the El Dorado Hotel in Reno Reno (rē`nō), city (1990 pop. 133,850), seat of Washoe co., W Nev., on the Truckee River; inc. 1903. Tourism has been the major industry since gambling was legalized in Nevada in 1931. With its resort facilities, night entertainment, and casinos, Reno is a year-round vacation spot and convention center. have teamed up to provide free admission for Alaska passengers to the international hit performance "Burn the Floor."

Reno-bound passengers simply need to present their Alaska Airlines boarding pass and valid identification to receive a show ticket.

"Burn the Floor" has been described as "a high energy, heart-pounding display" and "a sure-fire way to wean yourself off antidepressants."

And Alaska is providing discounted fares to Reno from Seattle and Spokane for as low as $59 each way, based on roundtrip purchase.

Tickets must be purchased by April 18 and travel completed by August 3. A 14-day advance purchase and a one-night minimum stay is required. Fares to Reno are for travel on Saturday through Wednesday, and fares from Reno are for travel Tuesday through Saturday.

Tickets can be changed for a $50 fee, plus any applicable difference in fare. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and days.

Sample fares do not include airport passenger facility charges of up to $18, the federal segment tax of up to $3 per takeoff and landing and the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement (up to $10).
