Alaska Airlines Offers Companion Fares Throughout Much of West Coast.


SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 16, 1998--Alaska Airlines announced today that it is reducing fares throughout much of the West Coast with a companion fare sale good for travel between now and April 2.

Under the promotion, two people can fly round-trip at dramatically reduced fares if they travel together, purchase their tickets at least seven days in advance of planned departure, and stay over one night. Tickets must be purchased by Dec. 9.

     Seattle-Los Angeles, Burbank, Ontario, San Diego $86
     Portland-Los Angeles, Burbank, Ontario $84
     Spokane-Los Angeles $101


Tickets are non-refundable but can be changed, if seats are available, for a $35 change fee plus any applicable differences in fares. Seats are limited and fares are subject to change without notice. These fares are not available for travel between Nov. 24- 30 or Feb. 12-15. Credit in Alaska's Mileage MILEAGE. A compensation allowed by law to officers, for their trouble and expenses in travelling on public business.
