Alaska Airlines Names Yerbic Managing Director of Cargo.

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 2003

Alaska Airlines Alaska Airlines, (NYSE: ALK) is an airline based in Seattle, Washington, United States. It operates hubs at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Los Angeles International Airport, and Portland International Airport.  recently announced the appointment of Matt Yerbic to managing director of cargo, a newly created position at the airline.

In his new position, Yerbic will be responsible for all aspects of Alaska's cargo business and will also provide a significant portion of the cargo support for Horizon Air, Alaska's sister airline.

Originally from Palmer, Alaska Palmer is a city in and the borough seat of the Matanuska-Susitna Borough in the U.S. state of Alaska.
