Alaska's Cook Inlet Processing has been acquired by Ocean Beauty Sea foods of Seattle. Cook Inlet has plants in Seward, Nikiski, Kodiak and Uganik and processes crab, Alaska salmon, pollock, Pacific cod, halibut and other groundfish.
