AlarmPoint Systems Achieves Record Results in Most Recent Quarter; Sales Booked in the U.S. and EMEA Exceed Expectations; Strong Growth in Customer Acquisitions.


PLEASANTON, Calif. -- AlarmPoint Systems announced today that the company experienced significant growth in its first quarter of the fiscal year, booking sales by its U.S. and European offices that exceeded quarterly revenue targets by 25 percent. Comparing April - June 2005 to April - June 2006 booked results, the Company also achieved a year-over-year bookings increase of 102 percent.

Strong sales in the quarter consisted of existing AlarmPoint customers upgrading to AlarmPoint Standard and AlarmPoint Professional products released in May and promoted on the Move Up program, new customer acquisitions, a high rate of support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services  renewal revenues from current customers, and continued sales performance from worldwide channel partners, including BMC Software BMC Software, Inc. NYSE: BMC, is an American enterprise management software provider, focusing on IT infrastructure applications. BMC was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.  and HP.
