AlarmForce Announces Bought Deal Financing For Global Expansion.TORONTO Toronto (tərŏn`tō), city (1998 est pop. 2,400,000), provincial capital, S Ont., Canada, on Lake Ontario. Toronto is the largest city in Canada and since the 1970s has been one of the fastest-changing cities in North America, experiencing -- AlarmForce Industries Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a bought deal financing agreement with Acumen Capital Finance Partners Limited. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, 1,000,000 common shares will be issued on a private placement basis at a price of $3.25 per common share for gross proceeds of $3,250,000.
