Located at 445 Park Avenue, Jean-Marc Levet & Partners is a full-service real estate company specializing in high-end residential sales, office and retail leasing, appraisals and consulting, both locally and internationally. Alan M. Simon, founder and president of Alan M. Simon, Inc., will serve as executive vice president in charge of Jean-Marc Levet's commercial division in New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of . He brings to the firm more than 35 years experience in commercial and retail leasing and sales, representing clients including Chase Manhattan Bank The Chase Manhattan Bank, now part of JPMorgan Chase, was formed by the merger of the Chase National Bank and the Bank of the Manhattan Company in 1955.
