), today announced that Alan L. Earhart, former managing partner of the Silicon Valley offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , has been elected to NetScreen's board of directors.

With more than 30 years experience as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and its predecessor companies, Earhart brings a wealth of experience in working with leading Silicon Valley companies.
