Science Dynamics (BBOTC: SIDY), a developer of Internet Protocol-based (IP) telephony solutions, announced the elevation of Alan C. Bashforth to chairman of the company's Board of Directors. Bashforth replaces Lyndon A. Keele, who has retired.
